Located on North Street in Baton Rouge, our kitchen draws from generations of Cuban tradition — bold espresso, slow-simmered ropa vieja, buttery tostones — served in a space that feels more like a neighbor's table than a restaurant.

We open early. We stay present. And we believe that showing up with care is the only recipe that matters.
